Lamb Ingredients:
  * 1 kg ground lamb
  * 1 tbsp onion powder
  * 1 tbsp garlic powder
  * 1 tbsp cumin
  * 1 tbsp ground oregano
  * 1 tsp salt
  * 1/2 tsp pepper

Donair Toppings:
  * 1 pkg Greek pita
  * 2 roma tomatoes
  * 1 pkg white mushrooms
  * ranch dressing
  * garlic aioli
  * hot sauce
  * 1 small yellow onion

Steps:
  - Mix together ingredients thoroughly.
  - Form the mixture into a log shape and wrap in tin foil.
  - Place in slow cooker on high for 4 hours.
  - Remove tin foil packet from slow cooker and let rest for 15 to 30 minutes.
  - Use a sharp knife to slice thin pieces off the log.
  - Shred the lettuce, dice the tomato, saute the onion and mushroom, and build your donair to your liking.
