Ingredients:
500g Green beans
2 cloves garlic, diced
2 tbsp olive oil
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper
1 lemon
Steps:
Bring salted water to a boil
Wash and trim off ends of green beans
Blanch green beans in the boiling water for 2-3 minutes, then put into colander and rinse with cold water
Dice garlic and juice lemon into a bowl
Add salt, pepper, almonds, and olive oil to the bowl and mix to combine
Once beans are cooled add to the bowl with the dressing and toss
