Ingredients:
Scallops
Bacon
Toothpicks
Olive Oil
Black Pepper
Salt
Steps:
Preheat oven to 425ºF
Place parchment paper on a baking sheet
Dry scallops with paper towel. Wrap one scallop if a half slice of bacon (cut crosswise) and secure with toothpick
Repeat with remaining scallops
Place wrapped scallops on baking sheet and drizzle with olive oil
Season with salt and pepper
Bake in oven for 12 to 15 minutes
Notes:
If you like crispier bacon then you can cook it for 3 to 5 minutes prior to wrapping the scallops with it.
