Ingredients:
2 cups flour
4 tsp baking powder
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 cup sugar
2 eggs
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 cups milk
2 tsp vanilla
Steps:
Oil the waffle maker to prevent sticking.
Mix together ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
Cook waffles in waffle iron.
