Easy Chorizo Pasta

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add pasta and cook
  2. Dice the onion and slice the sausage into thin rounds
  3. Heat a skillet over medium-high heat and add olive oil and chorizo. Fry until it starts to get crispy, around 7 minutes
  4. Add the diced onion and cook until softened, around 5 minutes
  5. Stir in the garlic, tomatoes, and cream. Let the sauce cook for 5 minutes or until reduced as desired. Season with salt and pepper to taste
  6. Toss with the pasta and serve with grated parmesan cheese
