Side Dishes

Ingredients:
2 heads butter lettuce
1 pkg green grapes
1/3 cup red wine vinegar
4 to 5 eggs
2 tbsp dijon mustard
1/4 tsp pepper
1/2 cup olive oil
Steps:
Hard boil 3 to 4 eggs.
Tear up and wash lettuce. Dry with salad spinner. Place in a large salad bowl.
Wash approximately 1 cup of green grapes, then cut them in half and add to the salad bowl.
Mix together with a blender or immersion blender olive oil, vinegar, one raw egg, dijon mustard, and black pepper. Add to the salad bowl.
Slice up the hard boiled eggs and add to the salad bowl.
Toss salad to combine.
