Serves: 4

Ingredients:

Steps:

  1. Wash and dry fresh produce
  2. Pour broth, oil, and sauces into large pot and heat over medium-high heat
    • 2 cartons (1.6 L chicken broth)
    • 4 tsp toasted sesame oil
    • 2 tbsp soy sauce
  3. Peel and mince garlic. Grate ginger. Add half of each to the pot of broth and rest to a medium bowl
  4. Finely chop green onions (I like to use kitchen scissors). Add half to a medium bowl and half to a small bowl
  5. Add pork, eggs, sauces, and pepper to the medium bowl and mix with your own hands until well combined
    • 0.68 kg ground pork
    • 2 eggs
    • 2 tsp soy sauce
    • 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce
    • 1/2 tsp black pepper
  6. Using a tablespoon, measure the pork mixture into round meatballs and place into the broth on the stove. Turn down the pot to a simmer for 6 minutes until meatballs cooked through
  7. Trim bok choy and slice. Add to the soup with remaining green onion. Simmer soup for another 4 minutes until bok choy is tender
