Wash and dry fresh produce
Pour broth, oil, and sauces into large pot and heat over medium-high heat
Peel and mince garlic. Grate ginger. Add half of each to the pot of broth and rest to a medium bowl
Finely chop green onions (I like to use kitchen scissors). Add half to a medium bowl and half to a small bowl
Add pork, eggs, sauces, and pepper to the medium bowl and mix with your own hands until well combined
Using a tablespoon, measure the pork mixture into round meatballs and place into the broth on the stove. Turn down the pot to a simmer for 6 minutes until meatballs cooked through
Trim bok choy and slice. Add to the soup with remaining green onion. Simmer soup for another 4 minutes until bok choy is tender
