  1. Mix all ingredients in a bowl and blend well to combine. Make sure there are no lumps.
  2. Heat large pan on stove to medium heat.
  3. Melt butter in the pan and then pour a ladle full of batter into the pan. Pick up the pan and slowly tilt it in a circular motion to spread the batter out over a wide area and to make the pancake thin.
  4. Cook until the one side is brown, flip only once.
  5. Serve by rolling up with fruit, icing sugar, syrup, or desired topping.
