Ingredients:
2 cups flour
1 cup milk
1 cup water
2 eggs
Steps:
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and blend well to combine. Make sure there are no lumps.
Heat large pan on stove to medium heat.
Melt butter in the pan and then pour a ladle full of batter into the pan. Pick up the pan and slowly tilt it in a circular motion to spread the batter out over a wide area and to make the pancake thin.
Cook until the one side is brown, flip only once.
Serve by rolling up with fruit, icing sugar, syrup, or desired topping.
