Lamb Ingredients:
1 kg ground lamb
1 tbsp onion powder
1 tbsp garlic powder
1 tbsp cumin
1 tbsp ground oregano
1 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
Donair Toppings:
1 pkg Greek pita
2 roma tomatoes
1 pkg white mushrooms
ranch dressing
garlic aioli
hot sauce
1 small yellow onion
Steps:
Mix together ingredients thoroughly.
Form the mixture into a log shape and wrap in tin foil.
Place in slow cooker on high for 4 hours.
Remove tin foil packet from slow cooker and let rest for 15 to 30 minutes.
Use a sharp knife to slice thin pieces off the log.
Shred the lettuce, dice the tomato, saute the onion and mushroom, and build your donair to your liking.
