-  - +  - Mix together all dry ingredients and mix thoroughly. 
 +  - Remove silverskin from back of ribs by making a small incision with the tip of a knife, then using paper towel to pull in order to remove. 
 +  - Pat the rack of ribs dry. Sprinkle the dry rub heavily over both sides, then wrap in tinfoil. 
 +  - Preheat barbeque to 350°F using burners on one side. Once heated, put the package of ribs in the barbeque but not over direct heat. Let cook for 40 minutes, then flip. Continue to cook for another approximately 40 minutes, or until ribs are at temperature. 
 +  - Once ribs are cooked, put the grill of the barbeque on high heat and sear the ribs 1-2 minutes per side.
