===== English Muffins Poached Eggs =====

Prep Time: 10 minutes\\ 
Cook Time: 5 minutes\\ 
Serves: 4\\ 

Ingredients:
  * 6 English muffins
  * Cheddar cheese
  * Seasoning salt
  * Hot sauce
  * 12 slices of thinly sliced ham
  * 12 [[Perfectly poached plump pot cooked eggs]]

Steps:
  - Cut the English muffins in half. 
  - Place a slice of ham (usually folded in half) on the English muffin halves.
  - Grate cheese and sprinkle on top of the ham. 
  - Poach eggs.
  - Place the English muffins with ham and cheese on a baking sheet, then into the oven with the oven rack near the top and set the oven to broil on high. 
  - Broil them for around 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and the English muffins are starting to crisp and change color.
  - Remove them from the oven and place a poached egg on top.
  - Season with seasoning salt and hot sauce, or as desired.
