-Ingredients: 
-  * bok choy 
-  * 2 cartons chicken broth 
-  * 2 eggs 
-  * 4 cloves garlic 
-  * 2 (2 1/2 cm) pieces ginger root 
-  * 1 bunch green onions 
-  * 0.68 kg lean ground pork 
-  * black pepper 
-  * 4 tbsp soy sauce 
-  * 4 tsp toasted sesame oil 
-  * 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 
- 
-Steps: 
-  - Wash and dry fresh produce 
-  - Pour broth, oil, and sauces into large pot and heat over medium-high heat 
-    * 2 cartons (1.6 L chicken broth) 
-    * 4 tsp toasted sesame oil 
-    * 2 tbsp soy sauce 
-  - Peel and mince garlic. Grate ginger. Add half of each to the pot of broth and rest to a medium bowl 
-  - Finely chop green onions (I like to use kitchen scissors). Add half to a medium bowl and half to a small bowl 
-  - Add pork, eggs, sauces, and pepper to the medium bowl and mix with your own hands until well combined 
-    * 0.68 kg ground pork 
-    * 2 eggs 
-    * 2 tsp soy sauce 
-    * 1/2 tsp Worcestershire sauce 
-    * 1/2 tsp black pepper 
-  - Using a tablespoon, measure the pork mixture into round meatballs and place into the broth on the stove. Turn down the pot to a simmer for 6 minutes until meatballs cooked through 
-  - Trim bok choy and slice. Add to the soup with remaining green onion. Simmer soup for another 4 minutes until bok choy is tender
