===== Creamy Garlic Parmesan Orzo =====

Serves: 4\\ 

Ingredients:
  * 2 tbsp olive oil
  * 4 tbsp butter
  * 1 small onion, chopped
  * 4 cloves garlic, minced
  * 2 cups orzo
  * 1/2 tsp salt
  * 1/4 tsp pepper
  * 2 cups chicken broth
  * 2 cups half and half cream
  * 1 1/2 cup parmesan cheese, grated
  * 2 tbsp parsley

Steps:
  - In a large skillet add olive oil and butter and cook for 30 seconds for butter to melt. Stir in onion and garlic and let cook for 2 minutes
  - Add orzo to the skillet and let cook for 2 minutes so that it starts to toast lightly
  - Season with salt and pepper then stir in chicken broth and half and half cream. Bring to a boil, and then turn the heat down to a medium low. Cover with a lid and let cook for 5 minutes
  - Remove the lid and stir in parmesan cheese and parsley
