===== One Skillet Sausage and Rice =====

Prep Time: 5 minutes\\ 
Cook Time: 15 minutes\\ 
Serves: 4\\ 

Ingredients:
  * 2 tbsp olive oil
  * 1 package turkey sausage, sliced
  * 1 yellow onion, diced
  * 1 green bell pepper, diced
  * salt
  * pepper
  * 2 cloves garlic, minced
  * 1 1/2 cups vegetable broth
  * 1 1/2 cups rice
  * parsley

Steps:
  - Heat a skillet over medium heat. Slice the sausage into  rounds.
  - Once hot add olive oil and sausage. Cook for 5 minutes or until browned. Use a slotted spoon to remove the sausage from the skillet and set aside.
  - Add diced onion and green pepper to the hot skillet. Season with salt and pepper to taste and cook for 4 minutes stirring occasionally
  - Add garlic and continue to cook for 1 minute
  - Pour in vegetable broth and bring to a boil
  - Stir in rice and sausage
  - Turn down heat to low and cover with lid, leave to simmer until rice is cooked
  - Garnish with parsley
