===== Shrimp Pesto Pasta =====

Serves: 4\\ 

Ingredients:
  * 2 cups fresh basil leaves
  * 1/2 cup olive oil
  * 3 cloves garlic
  * 1/4 tsp salt
  * 1/8 tsp pepper
  * 1/2 cup parmesan cheese
  * pasta of choice
  * de-veined, de-shelled shrimp
  * 1/3 cup pine nuts
  * 1 tsp butter

Steps:
  - Start a pot of water to boil. Add a pinch of salt and splash of olive oil.
  - Add basil, olive oil, salt, pepper, pine nuts, salt, pepper, and cheese to a blender. Blend thoroughly.
  - Once water is boiling, add the pasta and cook until desired doneness.
  - Heat a frying pan to cook the shrimp about 4-5 minutes. Do not over cook.
  - Drain water from shrimp pan. Add butter and 1/4 tsp salt to the shrimp.
  - Save 1/4 cup of the pasta water, then drain the pasta.
  - Add the 1/4 cup of pasta water to the pesto sauce and mix again.
  - Divide pasta among the bowls, add shrimp, sauce, and top with grated parmesan cheese.
