Serves: 4

Lamb Ingredients:

• 1 kg ground lamb
• 1 tbsp onion powder
• 1 tbsp garlic powder
• 1 tbsp cumin
• 1 tbsp ground oregano
• 1 tsp salt
• 1/2 tsp pepper

Donair Toppings:

• 1 pkg Greek pita
• 2 roma tomatoes
• 1 pkg white mushrooms
• ranch dressing
• garlic aioli
• hot sauce
• 1 small yellow onion

Steps:

1. Mix together ingredients thoroughly.
2. Form the mixture into a log shape and wrap in tin foil.
3. Place in slow cooker on high for 4 hours.
4. Remove tin foil packet from slow cooker and let rest for 15 to 30 minutes.
5. Use a sharp knife to slice thin pieces off the log.
6. Shred the lettuce, dice the tomato, saute the onion and mushroom, and build your donair to your liking.
