English Muffins Poached Eggs

Ingredients:
6 English muffins
Cheddar cheese
Seasoning salt
Hot sauce
12 slices of thinly sliced ham

Perfectly poached plump pot cooked eggs
Steps:
Cut the English muffins in half.
Place a slice of ham (usually folded in half) on the English muffin halves.
Grate cheese and sprinkle on top of the ham.
Poach eggs.
Place the English muffins with ham and cheese on a baking sheet, then into the oven with the oven rack near the top and set the oven to broil on high.
Broil them for around 5 minutes or until cheese is melted and the English muffins are starting to crisp and change color.
Remove them from the oven and place a poached egg on top.
Season with seasoning salt and hot sauce, or as desired.
